About the Authors
Stefan Stern writes for the Guardian and the FT, where he was the management columnist between 2006 and 2010. He is visiting professor in management practice at Cass Business School and is Director of the High Pay Centre. Cary L. Cooper CBE is President of the CIPD and Distinguished Professor of Organizational Psychology and Health at Lancaster and Manchester Universities. He is Founding Editor of the Journal of Organizational Behaviour and Editor-in-Chief of Stress & Health. Cary is Chair of the Academy of Social Sciences and of the Chronic Disease and Wellbeing Council of the WEF.
