Lynne Joy McFarland is one of the world's leading experts on leadership. She has both acted as a leader, in a variety of business and community enterprises, as well as empowered thousands of others to be high quality leaders. She is an international speaker and consultant. Lynne Joy has twenty years of hands-on leadership experience in the high-tech corporate world, including such influential companies as Honeywell, Xerox, Bank of America, McDonnell Douglas, Litton Data.

Ms. McFarland has also founded and presided over several successful entrepreneurial businesses in the areas of performance enhancement and turning companies around.

Lynne Joy has always contributed greatly to the community, country and world with her charitable giving and active volunteer participation.
