Michael,
What's your filter for determining what books are the best new ones to read?

Jason:
The books listed here are not necessarily the best to be released during the month, but the ones we feel have the widest appeal. You can find more on the New Releases page. Overall we select books that add something to the leadership discussion, have practical solutions to current issues, and/or approach ideas in new and innovative ways. Not every book will appeal to everyone, but we look for books that will connect with people in different ways depending on the context they operate in. They are not always the hottest titles by the biggest names – although often these titles are ones that everyone should be aware of. Through the reviews on this blog we hope to bring to your attention the key ideas and innovative applications the authors have put forward. Thanks for asking.
Michael
