Reviewer: Bringarde Nieman from South Africa - (Kimberley) The book has opened a wide range of challenges and perception that I did not realise in everyday live. I found this book very helpful in understanding the quality of teamwork and focusing on people as individuals and positive results by using all the examples of people in this book helped me to understand better. Sometimes you just read something without really concentrating but real stories affects you interest differently. It is not who is successful but what we achieved as a team-sharing in the success that everybody had a part of. We are not alone in what we do there is always someone else helping in some way. You build trust and respect for one another and this leads to better productivity and what you attempt will always be worthwhile and it encourage you to take on the next challenge. Your team feels free to communicate and I have learned that you handle conflict in the work situation without any hard feelings-conflict is good in team discussions but you must know how to manage it.Find Items On Similar Subjects |
